Lake LBJ Wedding

We arrived at the wedding, and the sun was out. I wore pants, sandals, and a dressy long sleeve shirt with a dressy tank top under it. Minutes later, the sun started setting...and the temperature starting rocketing down the scale. I should have worn thermal underwear, I swear.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful. I cried like a baby, and slung snot everywhere, much to ThatManILove and Younger Son's dismay. But they love me. The reception was pretty awesome. It was all outside. Therefore, it was sooooooo freakin' cold. And I am still cold, some 5 hours later.

I promise to kick up on reading and commenting on blogs again tomorrow en route home. For now, I'm diving into bed, under the big fluffy comforter. I have to get warm!

It's gotten really difficult to dress appropriately for dessert nights these days. Not to mention Santa Monica at night. I think I've finally realized that layering is the bomb, LOL!

Lunch this week sometime maybe? I can go out in spite of the piles of laundry I've been avoiding. It'll still be there when I get back home, LOL! So, can you call me? If not, then I'm going to be like a flypaper stalker. Can't get rid of me. It's your choice chicka!

Trying to feel sorry for you ... really! Cold at Lake LBJ ... and it was probably a little chilly in Santa Fe this past week ... poor Janie!
