Lake LBJ Wedding

We arrived at the wedding, and the sun was out. I wore pants, sandals, and a dressy long sleeve shirt with a dressy tank top under it. Minutes later, the sun started setting...and the temperature starting rocketing down the scale. I should have worn thermal underwear, I swear.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful. I cried like a baby, and slung snot everywhere, much to ThatManILove and Younger Son's dismay. But they love me. The reception was pretty awesome. It was all outside. Therefore, it was sooooooo freakin' cold. And I am still cold, some 5 hours later.

I promise to kick up on reading and commenting on blogs again tomorrow en route home. For now, I'm diving into bed, under the big fluffy comforter. I have to get warm!

Cutie Bugs Wedding Pix of the Kiddos

Saturday was a long long long day. Especially if you are age 6 and under. Here are some shots of the flower girls and ringbearer. These are beautiful kids, the nieces and the nephew of the bride and groom!

This shot is after the "updo" party, and everybody's just getting to the wedding for the photographer (professional photographer, that is...not me!). Aren't these girls beautiful?

Everybody's dressed, and this little one HATES HATES HATES his tie. Meltdown. Everybody's flat worn out and we're still 2 hours until the wedding.

And if you're wondering what she's doing here, you're probably right on the money. I put down my camera and gave her some assistance. She will hate me later for posting this picture. Stuff happens when you're an active little princess!
This shot was spontaneous - and just prior to the wedding. Big Sister giving her little brother a kiss. How sweet. It was a miracle I caught the shot! And he returns the favor. Check out her face! Isn't that hilarious?

Okay. This one, I posed. But still, it's cute, isn't it?

The wedding's finished, waiting on the reception. We're outside playing - and I just had to take this boot shot. I always was a sucker for the cowboys.

I ran errands for the family for two days, took over 750 pictures over three days. And was blessed (but nervous!) to speak in the wedding. I'm wiped out, but these kiddo shots were too sweet not to share with you!
