Party Booth!

Here's something cool that was a part of the wedding this weekend...a party booth! What a great idea, for all of you who are planning weddings! Everyone had fun, and the pictures are hilarious! For all you who live in the Metroplex, Helen Byrd's Studio Monticello is in Fort Worth. I think she's an excellent, talented photographer! (And a Midland girl, to boot!)

PS - I'll have much to post about within a couple of days, bear with me! My days are not my own right now...

Put De Lime In The Coconut, Stir It All Up

By the time you read this post, we’ll be in the beautiful hill country of Texas at Lake LBJ. We rented another lakehouse, so stay tuned for more adventures from Janie and ThatManILove! Our friends Doug and Rita will be staying with us, and it's going to be a joy to see them again!

Our nephew is getting married tomorrow night, at his parents’ beautiful retreat. If I understand it correctly, the wedding will take place on the lawn, by the lake. It’s a 6 p.m. wedding, so hopefully, there will be a beautiful sunset starting around that time.

On the invitation, it was noted that proposed clothing is supposed to be “lakeside attire”. Does anyone have a freakin’ clue what that means? One of my peers suggested a grass skirt and coconut shell bra.

I don’t think so, Tim.

Pictures to follow!
