This is a pix of Zanna and her amazing "blankie"... she takes it everywhere possible.Sunday evening, I took Zanna the Wonder Pup to the Hogan Dog Park in Midland. She's been a little whiny since Zack's at the trainer,and I thought it would better socialize her.
Shy? Not a bit. Did she have fun? I couldn’t get her shut down. She was hilarious, playing with the other dogs. She had a blast.
And the better benefit?
She slept all night, sweet baby.

So, you got a decent night's sleep too? I used to do the very same thing with my children when they were little. Just wear them out & they sleep like old people. Ha!

Snooty - it's working. She's sleeping all night! I remember doing that with Elder Son, as well.
Janie, I still haven't tried the dog park ... I have these nightmares of Sadie being off her lead - and right over the fence, perhaps headed for parts north. Maybe we should give it a try, though.
Jeff - the fence is HIGH. Very high.
And, believe me, the dog's focus is on the other dogs. Not the fence.

I wish they had dog parks around here. Mine would love the interaction. Sucks but I guess you have to live in the city for that kind of thing. Zanna is a beautiful pooch!
