A friend is one, when her dad is in the hospital in ICU, who remembers that the hospital deli makes awesome homemade apple dumplings and, with all she has on her mind, brings one home to you. Thanks, Connie!

I used to hang out with a gal that was a cook at our local hospital when I lived in a small Arizona town. She was a fabulous cook when it came to desserts.
