Encouragement from a fellow blogger...

My blogger pal In_spired over at For Love of Home left a comment on one of my prior posts about my job change, and it so encouraged me, I thought I'd post it so all could see. I believe all of us are going through a season of change, of one type or another.

Here's what my friend sent...

"Loved this post! I've heard so many of your comments before, through the accountant daughter, starting out in a 'man's world'.If you haven't read it in a while, read Isaiah 43:18-19, God admonishing Israel for dragging their feet (my words) to change. I always go back to that scripture when an issue of change arises.Go gettum, Girl!!"

And here's the scripture:

Isaiah 43:18-19

18 "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland."

Enjoy! And go visit In_spired - because she is!

What a great comment - and so pertinent. In_spired always leaves great comments on my blog too - always raises my spirits and gives me food for thought.

Janie,

I'm truly 'touched'! Thank you...

I always look forward to the comments of you girls because they motivate and inspire me. I've begun to think of you as "my other girls"...
