I grew up in Shrevep...Such a touching post, Janie. I grew up in Shreveport. My mother died Oct. 16, 2004. It was after a long illness so it was in a way a blessing. She lived with us up until the end and my son was blessed to have a very active-in-his-life granny. <BR/>My MIL celebrated her 84th b'day in November.
